3. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased product by email, or your lessons will be scheduled.
4. Refunds and Rescheduling
4.1 No Refund Policy:
All sales of our products, including lessons, are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the personalized nature of the lessons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment is made.
4.2 Rescheduling of Lessons:
While lessons are non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Lessons may be rescheduled, but only under the following conditions:
- You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a lesson.
- Rescheduling can only take place if both parties agree and there is availability for the new time slot.
- All rescheduling arrangements can be made outside of the website (e.g., via email, phone, or other agreed communication channels).
- Any rescheduled lesson must be completed within a reasonable period, and no more than 30 days after the original date unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 No Shows and Late Cancellations:
If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be considered forfeited, and no reschedule will be offered.
5. Online Behavior and Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive and productive learning environment, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner during all lessons, whether online or offline. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Treating the instructor and fellow students with respect.
- Using appropriate language and behavior during lessons.
5.1 Inappropriate Behavior:
Any abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Easydutchlearning reserves the right to immediately terminate the lesson without a refund or reschedule if the participant engages in inappropriate behavior.
5.2 Consequences of Misconduct:
If you engage in inappropriate behavior during a lesson, we reserve the right to refuse further lessons and to terminate any current or future bookings. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban from using our services.
6. Technical Issues or Disruptions
6.1 Website and Lesson Disruptions:
Easydutchlearning is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions, including, but not limited to, website crashes, video call disruptions, or internet connectivity problems, that may occur during your lessons. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address such issues and reschedule lessons if necessary.
6.2 Responsibility for Internet and Device Issues:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary internet connection and technical equipment (such as a computer, microphone, camera, etc.) to participate in the lesson. Easydutchlearning is not responsible for any issues related to your equipment or internet connection.
7. Health and Safety Disclaimer
If your lesson involves any physical activity or an in-person meeting, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and that any physical activities you participate in are at your own risk.
7.1 Health and Safety Responsibility:
Easydutchlearning will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during or as a result of lessons, whether online or in person. You should ensure that you are in a suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the lesson.
7.2 In-Person Lessons:
For in-person lessons, you agree to comply with any safety instructions provided by the instructor. You are responsible for your own health and safety during the session.
